THE PRODUCTIVE CYCLE
The productive cycle of the Iberian pig depends on when it is born and the length of time it spends on the mountain pasture.

Depending on the time of birth, the piglets are traditionally called navideños or yebizos (Christmas), marceños (March) and agostones (August).
