HOW TO BUY?

Buying process is very easy in our Online Shop:

1st Step: CHOOSE THE PRODUCT

Choose the product you are interested in by clicking on:



2nd Step: ENTER YOUR LOGIN DETAILS OR CREATE A NEW USER

Login as a user.



If this is your first purchase or you are not logged yet, you will need to register. It is a quick procedure and will only take a little while to complete.



In the register form will appear the following data fields: personal data, contact data, user data, how do you know about us and privacy policy.



A data confirmation screen will appear so that you can check or modify the data.



If the login process is correct, it will show a message accepting the new user.



In addition, we will send to you your login details by e-mail.

3rd Step: ORDER FORM AND CONFIRMATION

Once logged as a user, the order form will appear. Here you may add or take away any product.



By default, the system will show to us the contact data (address) you entered in the register form, but if you prefer the shipment are delivered to another address (I.e. to send as a present) you just should choose the option "I'd like to change the delivery address" ...and enter the new address.



Finally, you must accept the Purchasing Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the purchase process will be cancelled.



Then, a data confirmation screen will appear and, if everything is correct, you must click on "Make the payment". You also may modify any data in case anything is not correct.




PAYMENT METHOD:

Following you will be taken to our partner bank -Caixa Catalunya Bank*- web site, so that you can make the payment in an absolutely secure way. Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD and MAESTRO.

4th Step: PAYMENT

After click on "Payment", you will be in the payment area which has been developed together with CAIXA CATALUNYA BANK.



5th Step: CLIENT AUTHENTICATION

With the aim of increasing the security of payments made by credit card on the Internet, most of the banks have put into effect a system which verifies that payments made using their credits cards for secure online shopping are made by the card holders themselves.

These systems consist of asking the card holder, at the time he/she makes a payment, to enter one of the codes from their CC On-Line Co-ordinates Card and verify that the code is correct. Payments made using this system have the guarantee that they have been made by the card holder his/herself, thus significantly reducing the risk of e-commerce fraud.

6th Step:END OF THE PURCHASING PROCESS

You will receive an e-mail confirming the order details.
