DICED MELON WITH IBERIAN HAM (JAMÓN IBÉRICO)
Ingredients (4 people):
  • 1 Melon.
  • 450 grs. of finely sliced Iberian Ham (Jamón Ibérico).
Directions:

Diced Melon with Iberian Ham Cut the melon into slices and remove the skin and the less ripe part near the skin. Cut into cubes and place on one side of a plate. On the other side, place the slices of iberian ham. The dish can be served with metal or wooden sticks or on skewers, adding a piece of melon to every few slices of Iberian ham

Another variety of this simple and tasty dish is to serve the melon slices with the iberian ham on top. It should be eaten with a knife and fork. This is an exquisite and unusual mixture and can be served as a starter or aperitif
