"Jamonero" Knife

A long, fine and flexible bladed knife is essential for cutting slices from the iberian ham. This knife is known as a "jamonero" knife.

The iberian ham must be prepared and cleaned before cutting. This is done using a hard-bladed sharp knife to remove the first piece in a single cut, along with the fat, and cut around the bony areas.

* Knives and sharpening steels should be ordered at the same time as the jamón or jamonero (jamón fastener) as one cannot be used without the other.


* Price valid only for Spain. For international orders, an extra cost will be added for transport service. This is called "International Pack".
