Iberian ham sliced and vacuum packed guarantees a longer preservation cycle.

The packs must be kept between 0º and 7ºC.

To enjoy all the benefits, we suggest you remove the pack from the fridge one hour before eating. Like good red wine, ham must be at room temperature when eaten, in order to enjoy its aromas and tastes to the fullest.
