 López Ortega Iberian Bellota Hams are the result of demanding quality and selection processes, right from the birth of the piglet to the maturing process of the jamón ibérico.
Our main objective is to offer you an exquisite product. For this reason, a natural production process is used, which has been developed exclusively by López Ortega Jamón. This makes our products unique in terms of taste, appearance and aromas and only natural additive-free ingredients are used in this process.
We guarantee that each jamón is cured to perfection, taking into account variables such as the weight of the piece and the time of the year.
All López Ortega products comply with the hygiene requirements imposed by European quality regulations and undergo rigorous quality controls throughout the entire production process.
